1. Shirdi-

Shirdi is a small town located in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra state, famous for its association with Sai Baba. It is situated at an elevation of about 900 metres and is about 270 km from Mumbai and 207 km from Pune. Sai Baba died here in on 15th October 1918 and his body was laid to rest in Samadhi Mandir. At Shirdi, visitors can explore many places of religious importance. Important places to visit in Shirdi are – Saibaba Samadhi Mandir, Dwarkamai Temple, Chavdi, Sai Museum, Khandoba Temple, Landi Baug, Sai Teerth Theme Park, and Shanisignapur.  2. Nashik-

It is located 190 km from Mumbai and it is a Hindu pilgrimage site of Kumbha Mela. The city is also called the wine capital of India. Godavari River flows from this city and a Temple Complex known as Panchavati is there it is a belief that Lord Rama has bathed there at Ram Kund., a water tank. and thousands of devotees daily take a holy deep in Ram Kund.

3. Trimbakeshwar-

Religious shrine and one among 12 Jyotirling temples. It is 40  km from Nashik and  241 km from Pune. Regular Bus and Train Services are available to Nashik From Mumbai and Pune from Nashik one can have the option of sharing taxis, special taxis, or state transport buses to reach Trimbakeshwar. 4. Ganapatipule-

It is famous for its clean beach and Swayambhu Ganesh Temple. Ganapatipule is 218  km from Mumbai and 323  km from Pune. State Transport Buses and private buses are there from Mumbai and Pune for Ganapatipule. One can even go by Train up to Ratnagiri and from there use a shared taxi or state Transport bus services to reach Ganapatipule.

 5. Kolhapur-

Mahalaxmi Temple is located in Kolhapur. Kolhapur is 377km from Mumbai and 234km from Pune. Flight and Trains are available to reach Kolhapur. Near Kolhapur, other tourist spots are like Panhala, Jyotiba Temple, Rankala Lake, Dajipur Wildlife Sanctuary, and Radhanagari Dam.

6. Harihareshwar-

Harihareshwar is a popular Beach and religious destination-It has a temple of lord Harihareshwara, who had the blessing of Lord Shiva. It is also known as Dakshin Kashi. It has a very clean beach which attracts tourists to Mumbai and Pune as the best Week End Destination. It is 210 km from Mumbai and 190 km from Pune. It is also known as Dakshin Kashi

7. Shani-signapur-

It is a well know place to visit Shani Temple after taking darshan of the Sai Baba shrine at Shirdi. Shani Singapur is 67 km from Shirdi.Shani is a Hindu god associated with Planet Shani. The temple is believed to be a Jagrut Devasthan.

8. Bhimashankar-

It is 127 km from Pune. It is one among 12 Jyotirling shrines. It is located in the Sahyadri mountain ranges and the Bhima rivers originate from this place. Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary is also near this place and tourists from Mumbai and Pune are regularly visiting this place as a weekend destination.

9. Grihshneshwar-

Jyotirling Temple near Ellora Caves, Aurangabad is 35 km from Ghrishneshwar. This is regarded as one of 12 Jyotirling shrines. Thousands of tourist daily comes to visit this temple another attraction near the temple is the Ellora caves. One can have a tour with Grhshneshwar temple, Ellora caves with Aurangabad city sightseeing.

10. Anjar

24 km from Dapoli and 3 km from Anjarle beach.Anjarle is a small village in Dapoli taluka of Ratnagiri district. MSRTC buses and private taxis are available from Dapoli to reach Anjarle.A clean and not overly crowded beach is located near the temple.

11.Gondawale-

Ram Mandir near Satara . It is 64 km from Satara.Gondawlekar Maharaj was Ram Bhakt and he constructed this Ram Mandir.

12. Kharsundi--

It is wellkonwn as Sidhanath Temple . It is an incarnation of Lord Shiva. It is 450 years old temple of Shiva and it is also called Nath Baba. Khrsundi has located 32 km from Vita Town in Sangali District of Maharashtra. Karad Kharsundi dist is 95 km.

13. Bahubali-

Jain Tirth is 30 km from Kolhapur, It is believed that Shri  Bahubali lived here almost 250 years ago. The mammoth idol of Lord Bahubali, in standing posture, is on a hill and can be seen many kilometers away from the hill. It was installed in 1963.

14. Jyotiba Temple-

This is 20 km from Kolhapur located on Jyotiba donger(Hills) One can complete the tour by first taking darshan of Kolhapur Mahalaxmi then proceeds to Jyotiba temple and after darshan go for sightseeing of Panhala fort and take a halt at Panhala

15. Aundha Nagnath Temple-

This is an ancient Shiva temple. One of the 12 Jyotirling Shrine, is 61 km from Nanded and 204 km from Aurangabad.

 16. Parli-Vaijanath Temple-

One of the 12 Jyotirling Shrine is 60 km from Latur and located in Beed District. Temple is devoted to Lord Shiva

 17. Jejuri-

Well known for Khandoba Temple. It is 48 km from Pune. This is a Hindu temple of the god Khandoba in Jejuri town of Maharashtra. It is located on the hills of Jejuri. Khandoba is regarded as a manifestation of the god Shiva.

18. Saptashringi Devi Temple-

This temple is 65 km from Nashik. According to Hindu traditions, this temple is one of the three and a half Shakti Peethas of Maharashtra.  21. Velneshwar-

An ancient lord Shiva Temple is located at this place. Velneshwar is also well known as a beach destination. It is 17 km from Guhagar,72 km from Ganapatipule. and 70 km from Ratnagiri. Velneshwar is popular as a rock-free beach destination. 

22. Hedvi Ganesh Mandir-

This place is also well known as a beach destination. It is located just 7 km from Velneshwar. The idol of Ganesh here has 10 arms( 10 Bhujas ) and hence this Ganesha is called Dashbuja Ganapati.This temple is constructed during the time of Peshwa.
