- There are 3 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - AC, electric kettle, and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. - All rooms have an attached balcony overlooking a lake view.
- A total of 6 guests are allowed with an option to accommodate 3 extra guests (chargeable)
BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 2 common bathrooms on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - There is a Jacuzzi in 2 of the attached bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 living rooms on the ground floor. - Both living rooms can accommodate up to 11 people each.
- Both the living rooms offer AC and sofa-style seating. 1 living room offers a TV.
- There is a landscaped lawn, garden, gazebo, and restaurant within the property premises.
- There is a mini-vineyard and Boat Club within the property premises.
