Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC), has opened a resort, a new tourist destination situated in a  picturesque set up at Bodalkasa dam in Tiroda tehsil of Gondia district on September 27 (Tuesday) to mark World  Tourism Day.MTDC has identified this new natural spot situated at Bodhalkasa dam and constructed this resort, involving an expenditure of Rs 7 crore, in order to boost tourism in Vidarbha.One can also reach this resort from the Mangezari gate of Navegaon-Nagzira Tiger Reserve towards the Tiroda side, MTDC Bodhalkasa is a great choice for travelers looking for budget accommodation in Tirora.
