About Silversand Tour Package

Silver Sand Package / One Island tour to Kalpeni Island is a one day excursion package. On Saturday the ship departs from Beypore (Calicut) and on Monday morning ship returns to Beypore (Calicut). Sunday will be spent with a range of water sports like, snorkeling, kayaking, viewing under water marine life through glass bottomed boats etc.

Kalpeni:- one day tour will be inclusion of near Island (Pitti) Visit and sightseeing and all meals. AC hall with push back seats.

Day 1 Departure from Beypore/Mangalore

14:00 to 14:30 Boarding.

15:30 to 16:00 Evening Tea with Snacks

20:00 to 20:45 Dinner on board

Day 2 : Visit Kalpeni

06:00 to 06:30 Morning tea with Snacks

07:00 to 07:30 Breakfast on board

07:30 to 08:00 Disembarkation (Follow the announcement on board)

09:00 to 13:00 Visit nearby Island and (Water Sports activities are Payment Basis)

Day 3 Arrival at Beypore/Mangalore

Few about the Islands

Kalpeni : Located 287 kms. from Cochin. It is known for its Scenic beauty and the small islets called Tilakkam and Pitti and an uninhabited island on the north called Cheriyam. A huge shallow lagoon encloses all of them. A peculiar feature of KALPENI atoll is the huge storm bank of coral debris along the eastern and south-eastern shorelines. Here, one can swim, reef-walk or water sport on kayaks, sail boat and pedal boat. A visit to the Baniyan Factory and the Light House is also included in the day’s program.
